• Q. I want to sterilize gua sha, can I boil it in boiling water?
• A. This product is made of plastic containing amethyst. Disinfection with boiling water may deform the product, so it is recommended to wash it lightly with alcohol and water before
  use.

• Q. Do I have to use spring cream after application?
• A. No. May also be used with oil products such as jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, and Vania Color Therapy blending oil.
  If you use gua sha on your bare skin during gua sha massage, it can damage your skin.

How to use it for each part:

Be sure to apply oil or cream before use.
1. Shoulders and back: Scratch the shoulders and back from top to bottom.
2. Abdomen: Push the belly area clockwise and massage it.
3. Buttocks: Push the buttocks in a clockwise direction and massage them.
4. Forearms and armpits: Push and massage the forearm area and armpits in a circular motion.
5. Legs, thighs: Massage in a circular motion from bottom to top.
6. Soles, heels: Gently scrape the soles and heels.

Precautions for use

1. Keep out of reach of children.
2. Do not use it for anything other than its intended purpose.

5. If you push the gua sha directly against the skin, friction may occur and damage the skin, so be sure to apply oil or cream to the area to be massaged.
