- Q. My skin is sensitive, can I still use it?

- Q. Why is the pH between 3.0~3.5?
- A. Vitamin C needs to penetrate through the thick layer of skin keratin to be effective.
- Q. If I feel heat and tingling after use?
- A. It indicates that you have properly used a pure vitamin C whitening product. Vitamin C is best absorbed when the pH is acidic, around 3.5. Therefore, when applied to neutral to slightly alkaline (pH 5.5~7) skin, you may experience tingling or a burning sensation.
- Q. I smell a metallic odor from the product.
- A. Due to the high concentration of vitamin content in the product, a peculiar odor may occur, which can resemble a metallic smell.
Fragrances and artificial scents are not added, and the scent of plant and fruit extracts is added, so the unique odor of the raw material (vitamin C) may develop over time.
- Q. Can it be used for acne-prone or atopic skin?
- A. We do not recommend using it for acne-prone or atopic skin as the high concentration of vitamin C may cause irritation and discomfort.
For acne-prone skin, we recommend using it after scars and inflammation have subsided to help manage residual marks (pigmentation).
