• Q. Why does ginseng absorption vary by individual? 
• A. Regardless of age or sex, saponin absorption is dependent on the activity of intestinal microorganisms and therefore varies by the individual. The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) of South Korea stated that, 25% of those that consume saponin are unable to break it down and absorb it. 
  CK Balance is formulated with Ginseng that has been cultivated for at least 6 years and is produced using MEBT (Multi-Enzymatic Bioconversion Technology) to increase absorption. 

• Q. What is the final metabolite of saponin? 
• A. Compared to traditional saponins, final metabolites have smaller particles that have higher absorption rates (Compound K, Compound Y) 

• Q. When should I consume this product?
• A. We recommend consuming this product in the morning and if possible, setting a consistent time everyday.  

• Q. Is it okay to increase the serving size? 
• A. Consume only as directed on the label.

• Q. Can I consume this product during chemotherapy?
• A. Do not consume this product during the period of chemotherapy. 
  Consuming supplements during chemotherapy treatment may result in health complications depending on the individual.
