Description

  • Q. After using the GCOOP Toothbrush for the first time, I saw dark, muddy water running. Is it safe? I know that the bristles contain charcoal. Is it because of that?
  • A. Though the bristles contain charcoal, it should not cause dark muddy water to run. 
    However, if you use anything other than toothpaste, like oil, to brush the teeth, it may cause the toothbrush to melt. 

  • Q. Can I use the toothbrush to brush with an oil? 
  • A. The bristles may be damaged if used with oil. Therefore do not use the GCOOP Toothbrush with oil. 
  • Q. How often should I replace my toothbrush?
  • A. Though it varies, your toothbrush should be replaced approximately every 3 months or when the bristles are damaged or frayed. 

  • Q. What is the expiration date?
  • A. Though there is no specified expiration date, depending on how they are stored they have a shelf life of approximately 3 years. 

  • Q. I placed the toothbrush under hot water and the bristles shriveled. 
  • A. The GCOOP Toothbrush is a fine bristle toothbrush and therefore uses a softer material than typical toothbrushes. 
    It has a heat-resistant temperature of 60°C and it definitely cannot withstand hot water. This however does not speak to the quality of the product.
    The GCOOP Toothbrush has been tested to be 99.9% antibacterial and is a product designed to prevent teeth/gum damage.

Directions for Use

1. Apply GCOOP Toothpaste onto the bristles. 
2. Gently rotate and brush to clean the gums. 
3. Gently brush the outer teeth from top to bottom.
4. Gently brush the inner side of the teeth. 
5. Gently brush the top of the teeth (area connected to the gums). 
6. Carefully brush the tongue. 
7. Thoroughly rinse with water.

2. Keep out of reach of children.
3. Do not use with oils as it may cause bristles to melt.
4. Do not use for puposes other than the intended.
