• A. General Balance Probiotics consists of 7 complex probiotics from 6 strains (Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium lactis dual microcapsulated powder, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Streptococcus thermophilus).

• Q. Approximately how much probiotics are consumed through this product? 
• A. Approximately 3 billion CFU's per serving.

• Q. When is it best to take General Balance Probiotics?
• A. This product can be consumed at any time with or without food. However, it is best to take it on an empty stomach. 

• Q. Does this product contain artificial preservatives or additives?
• A. This product does not contain artificial preservatives, fragrances, or coloring agents, used for production efficiency and or product stabilization. 

• Q. How old do you have to be in order to consume this product?
• A. Ages 6~14: 1/2 stick
  Age 5 or under: 1/3 stick
  However, if you experience any reactions or discomfort (diarrhea etc), stop using and do not resume use until it subsides. Adjust consumption amount when resuming use.
